γράφω για σπασμωδικές κινήσεις πχ να αλλάξει το σύστημα σε 4-4-2, να περάσει κάνα μούσλι αντί αθανασιάδη , κάνα el zar αντί ίβιτς και εγώ δε ξέρω τι άλλο για να ανακατέψει την ομάδα .

επίσης δε θα πω και μπράβο στο Μάκη επειδή άλλαξε πλευρές τον βιερινηα και τον σαλπιγγίδη.....

Επίσης πρεπει να διαμαρτυρηθουμε το γιατι ο Μπαλάφας καθεται παντα τελευταίο καρεκλάκι στον πάγκο... Ειναι αδικία! Πρέπει να καθεται περισσοτερο προς την μέση του πάγκου...

Ούτε λίγο ούτε πολύ η πιθανότερη κατάληξη αν κλείναμε έναν απο αυτούς θα ήταν το κρέμασμα στην Αριστοτέλους ή λιθοβολισμός μέχρι θανάτου.
Αν τράβηξε ο Σάντος τι τράβηξε δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ τι θα πάθαιναν όλοι αυτοί σε μας.
Ο Μπερέττα πάντως καλά πέρασε δεν πρόλαβε να μας γνωρίσει.
Το δυστύχημα όμως είναι το τι θα άκουγε ο Ζαγοράκης για λάθη του για κακές επιλογές του και αμπλαούμπλα να ούμε.
Πάλι καλά που ήρθε ο Δερμιτζάκης δηλαδής και όχι ένας απο τους παρακάτω.
Στα συν ότι ο Δέρμι δεν πήρε αποζημίωση όπως οι μεγάλοι αυτοί προπονητές.
Στα μείον ότι γουστάρουμε ξένο προπονητή.



Χθες η Γιούνγκ Μπόις ανακοίνωσε την συνεργασία της με τον Κρίστιαν Γκρος. Ο Ελβετός προπονητής, ήταν ένας από τους τέσσερις, με τους οποίους η ΠΑΕ ΠΑΟΚ διέρρευσε ότι μιλούσε, μετά το διαζύγιο με τον Παύλο Δερμιτζάκη...

Ο Γκρος μάλιστα, είχε ταξιδέψει στην Ισπανία, παρακολούθησε στο "Ελ Μαδριγάλ" το παιχνίδι με την Βιγιαρεάλ και μίλησε με τον Ζαγοράκη για το ενδεχόμενο να αναλάβει τον ΠΑΟΚ. Ο Ελβετός, που είχε απολυθεί τον Οκτώβριο από την Στουτγάρδη δεν ήταν πολύ θετικός στο ενδεχόμενο να έρθει στη Θεσσαλονίκη, το κασέ του ήταν "αλμυρο" (πάνω από 1,5 εκατομμύριο το χρόνο) και βγήκε από το παιχνίδι...

Τι απέγιναν, όμως, οι άλλοι με τους οποίους συζήτησε ο ΠΑΟΚ;

Ο Πολ Λεγκέν, στα 47 του χρόνια, που κάποια στιγμή θεωρήθηκε ότι ήταν το φαβορί για τον ΠΑΟΚ, παραμένει άνεργος από τον προηγούμενο Ιούνιο, όταν λύθηκε η συνεργασία του με την Εθνική Καμερούν.

Από τότε είναι άνεργος και ο Ράντομιρ Άντιτς, ο οποίος στα 63 του χρόνια, δεν είναι πλέον και τόσο ζεστός να δουλέψει σε υψηλό επίπεδο. Πέρασε και κάποιες οικογενειακές ατυχίες την εποχή, που ο ΠΑΟΚ έψαχνε προπονητή (έχασε τον αδερφό του) και παραμένει χωρίς ομάδα.

Ο τέταρτος της "παρέας" ο Ρομπέρτο Ντοναντόνι, πάντως, τα πάει μια καλά. Ο 47χρονος Ιταλός έπιασε δουλειά στις 16 Νοεμβρίου στην Κάλιαρι, με την οποία έκανε ένα καλό πρωτάθλημα και τερματίζει στη μέση της βαθμολογίας.

Στην πραγματικότητα δεν ήταν μόνο αυτοί οι τέσσερις, με τους οποίους μίλησε ο ΠΑΟΚ τότε. Στο ταξίδι στο Βιγιαρεάλ, ο Ζαγοράκης συνάντησε και τον Πελεγκρίνι. Ο 57χρονος Χιλιανός πρώην προπονητής της Ρεάλ, κατέστησε σαφές ότι ήταν δύσκολο να έρθει στην Ελλάδα, το κασέ του ήταν γύρω στα δύο εκατομμύρια. Στην Τούμπα σκέφτηκαν να κάνουν την... τρέλα, αλλά λίγες μέρες αργότερα, με ένα ευγενικό e-mail στην ΠΑΕ ΠΑΟΚ, ο Πελεγκρίνι ευχαρίστησε τον ΠΑΟΚ που μίλησε μαζί του (!), ευχήθηκε κάθε επιτυχία κι αποφάσισε δουλέψει στη Μάλαγα των Σεήχηδων από το Κατάρ. Μαζί τους προσπαθεί να την σώσει, τρεις αγωνιστικές πριν το τέλος είναι 3 βαθμούς πάνω από την γραμμή του υποβιβασμού.

Μ΄αυτά και μ΄ αυτά, ο ΠΑΟΚ έκανε το έξι στα έξι με τον Χάβο κι ο Ζαγοράκης αποφάσισε τελικά να συνεχίσει μαζί του...

Στο μεσοδιάστημα, ακούστηκαν κι άλλα ονόματα για τον πάγκο του ΠΑΟΚ. Πρόσφατα, από μανατζερικούς κύκλους διοχετεύτηκε το όνομα του Κρίστοφ Ντάουμ. Ο Γερμανός, που απολύθηκε από την Φενέρμπαχτσε δύο μήνες πριν τα παιχνίδια με τον ΠΑΟΚ, δουλεύει σήμερα στη Φρανκφούρτη, στα τελευταία έξι παιχνίδια έχει μόνο τρεις βαθμούς και κατάφερε να την ρίξει ουσιαστικά στη Β΄Εθνική.

Παρ' όλο που κατηγορώ τον Χάβο:
1. Για τις εμμονές του να χρησιμοποιεί λίγους παίκτες μη κάνοντας rotation, με αποτέλεσμα να τους κουράζει και
2. Για τις εμμονές του (αρνητικές) για κάποιους παίκτες που θεωρώ ότι θα μπορούσαν να προσφέρουν αν είχαν παραπάνω ευκαιρίες (Κουτσια, Μπαλάφας, Arias, Σάκης, Έλληνες αριστεροί μπακ)
Θεωρώ ότι το ισοζύγιό του φέτος είναι θετικό. Εάν δε κατακτήσουμε την πρώτη θέση στα play-off θα είναι πολύ θετικό (έως θριαμβευτικό), γιατί αυτό μόνο πέρυσι το καταφέραμε, συν ότι φέτος είχαμε καλή πορεία στην Ευρώπη και καλύτερη στο κύπελλο.
Δεν νομιζω ότι πολλοί ξένοι και πιο ακριβοί προπονητές θα κατάφερναν κάτι καλύτερο.
Η ουσία όμως είναι τι θα γίνει σε βάθος τριετίας. Κατά πόσον δηλαδή ο Ιωακείμ είναι σε θέση να καταστρώσει ένα πλάνο μακράς πνοής και κατά πόσον μπορεί να βοηθήσει στην εξέλιξη νέων ταλαντούχων παικτών, γιατί εκεί είναι το ζητούμενο.

Το ζήτημα είναι ότι μόνο ένας βρήκε δουλειά και όλοι οι άλλοι οι ξένοι που θα ερχόντουσαν με περγαμηνές και γνώσεις και διάφορα άλλα ήταν για τον λούτσο στην τελική.
Και καλύτερα μη δούμε και το βιογραφικό τους ειδικά τα τελευταία χρόνια.
Όλοι αυτοί που κάναν πασαρέλα πέρσι για το τιμόνι της ομάδας σκέτη αποτυχία ήταν.

Pellegrini coached Ecuadorian club LDU Quito to a national title in 1999, starting a tradition of coaches that followed him to the Ecuadorian team. He had a good presentation in Copa Libertadores with the team that put him in the eye of GMs of other South American teams.

The years with Universidad Catolica were fundamental in his career as Nestor Gorosito, an Icon of San Lorenzo of Argentina, would later on recommend Pellegrini to the team and his recommendation would reap rewards when the Chilean coach led Los Cuervos to the 2001 Clausura title and the Copa Mercosur, South America's UEFA Cup equivalent.

Pellegrini secured the Clausura championships at Los Milionarios (2003) in which he utilised the talents of Andres D'Alessandro, one of many Argentine playmakers to have been likened to Diego Maradona. However his sale to Vfl Wolfsburg proved a tough hurdle for Pellegrini to overcome and his side struggled to defend their status as Argentine champions in the 2003 Torneo Apertura. He quit his post at the end of the campaign.

Pellegrini took over the managerial duties of Villarreal on July 1, 2004. In his first season in charge of the club, Villarreal qualified for the Champions League after finishing third in the league and reached the quarter-finals of the UEFA Cup. The following season Villarreal reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League 2005-06, losing to Arsenal. Villarreal eventually finished seventh in La Liga that year. The following two seasons featured Villarreal finishing in both 5th and 2nd place in the league, the latter being historic for the club. Pellegrini led "The Yellow Submarines" to the Champions league knockout stages, where they drew Arsenal once again in the quarter-finals, losing out 4–1 on aggregate.
According to percentage of points gained, Pellegrini is the second most successful South American club manager in La Liga within the last 25 years, coming after Vanderlei Luxemburgo.[4]
At the end of 2007, Villarreal offered him an extended contract until 2011. On May 31, 2009, after the last La Liga match for Villareal, Pellegrini said "nobody from Real Madrid has spoken with me. I have a contract with Villarreal, we finished the league today, and tomorrow we go on holiday", after being inquired by the press.[5] On June 1, 2009, Villareal executive announced that Pellegrini would no longer continue at the club. The Valencian club executive specified that if Real Madrid wanted to sign the Chilean coach, they would have to pay Pellegrini's 4 million euros termination clause.[6]

On 2 June 2009, Pellegrini was officially appointed as manager of Real Madrid, signing a two–year contract. On being presented at the presidential balcony of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium he said: "Hard to say in a few words the excitement and pride that one feels for having been chosen to direct perhaps the most important club in the world."[7] He joined Real Madrid as the first manager in Florentino Pérez's second stint as Real Madrid president. After a few days, Pellegrini scouted Kaká from AC Milan saying "If we want to win the Champions League and be the best team in the world, we need the best players in the world".[8] They later bought Cristiano Ronaldo for £80million from Manchester United later that transfer window, and Karim Benzema from Olympique Lyonnais for £30million.
On 20 July 2009, Pellegrini directed his first match for the club against Irish side Shamrock Rovers in a frendly match. Real Madrid won the game by a low 1-0 score, with a solitary goal by Karim Benzema in the 87th minute. The club's president Florentino Pérez criticized the team's style of play in this match and the physical exhaustion of the players. During July, Pellegrini disputed his first cup for the club as manager, the Peace Cup 2009. The club finished as semifinalist in the tournament, being eliminated by Juventus in a 2–1 loss. On 29 August, Real Madrid won 3–2 at Deportivo La Coruña in Pellegrini's first La Liga game as manager.
On 27 October 2009, the club was eliminated from the Copa del Rey during the Round of 16 by the modest Segunda División B club AD Alcorcón with a 4–1 aggregate loss. The newspaper Diario Marca named this match Alcorconazo. Shortly after, this newspaper made many teasing references to Pellegrini and also he endangered his continuity at the club. On 10 March 2010 he suffered a second hit, being eliminated from the Champions League by Olympique Lyonnais in the Round of 16 with a 2–1 agreggate loss. Florentino Pérez issued an ultimatum to Pellegrini after this defeat, warning him that he would be fired if he did not win the league.[9]
Pellegrini's Real Madrid side achieved a record 96 points in La Liga, being the highest points total that Real Madrid has achieved in a La Liga season, but still came in runner-up, finishing behind their arch rival Barcelona who had 99 points. There were many rumors of the coach's departure during the summer of 2010, but the club's directors did not confirm anything at the time. On 26 May 2010, Real Madrid's directors announced that Pellegrini was being sacked by the club, to be replaced by José Mourinho.[10]

After being released by Real Madrid, on 22 July 2010, he received a offer from the Mexico national football team, their coach Javier Aguirre having resigned following the FIFA World Cup 2010 quarter-finals in South Africa.[11] He declined this offer, but shortly after Premier League side Liverpool said they would be interested in hiring Pellegrini to manage the club in the next season.[12] However, Pellegrini eventually signed for La Liga side Málaga in a three-year deal, their coach Jesualdo Ferreira having been fired. On 5 November, he was officially presented as the new coach of Málaga during a press conference together with the club's owner Abdullah bin Nasser Al Thani.[13] On 14 November 2010, he made his Málaga debut as coach against Levante in a 1−0 home victory at La Rosaleda Stadium

Πλούσιο είναι το βιογραφικό του 57χρονου τεχνικού. Το 1992 ανέλαβε τα ηνία της Ρεάλ Μαδρίτης και κέρδισε το πρωτάθλημα και κύπελλο Ισπανίας στον πάγκο της Ατλέτικο Μαδρίτης το 1996. Από το 2004 μέχρι σήμερα δεν είχε εργαστεί σε κάποια ομάδα.

Rennes
During his time at Rennes between 1998 and 2001, Le Guen was noted for signing then unknown players, such as Shabani Nonda and El Hadji Diouf, who under his guidance, developed into talented footballers. He resigned from Rennes in 2001 after a fall-out with the club's board. This led to him taking a year off from football.

Le Guen replaced Jacques Santini as manager of Olympique Lyonnais in 2002 after they captured their first league title. Le Guen experienced a grim start to his managerial career at Lyon, winning only 3 games of the first 9, but eventually took Lyon to a further three consecutive championships and reached the UEFA Champions League quarter-final. He resigned from his position at Lyon on 9 May 2005, the day after the club won their fourth consecutive Ligue 1 championship. He was replaced by Gérard Houllier.
After leaving the club, Le Guen embarked upon another year away from football management. During this time he turned down management positions at several top European clubs including Benfica and Lazio and also stated that he would not return to manage his former club PSG.[1]

On 11 March 2006, it was confirmed that Paul Le Guen had agreed to replace Alex McLeish as manager of Rangers starting in the 2006–07 season. Rangers chairman David Murray predicted Le Guen's capture would be followed by "a massive moonbeam of success" coming to the club.[2] Le Guen signed a three-year contract [3][4] with the option to extend his stay at Ibrox,[1] and quickly acquired a number of players.
However, Le Guen made a poor start to his Ibrox career. His record across his first ten league games was the worst start to a season by an Old Firm debutant since John Greig's team won only two, drew six and lost two of their opening ten games in 1978–79.[5]
On 8 November, Rangers were knocked out of the Scottish League Cup at the quarter-final stage by First Division side St. Johnstone. The result, the first time Rangers had been knocked out of a cup tournament by a lower league side at home,[6][7] prompted protests outside Ibrox and demands for the situation to improve and David Murray to leave the club.[8]
On 1 January 2007, Rangers announced that Le Guen had stripped Barry Ferguson of his captaincy of the club and dropped him from the squad for a match the following day. BBC Sport reported that Ferguson would not play for Rangers again under Le Guen.[9]
Murray announced on 4 January 2007 that Paul Le Guen had left Rangers by mutual consent.[10] This made him the club's shortest-serving manager, and the only one to leave the club without completing a full season in charge.
Later that year, sports journalist Graham Spiers published, Paul Le Guen: Enigma (ISBN 1845962915) documenting his tenure at the club. According to Spiers, Le Guen left the club because he felt he was being "undermined" by other Rangers personnel, including Ferguson and then club doctor, Ian McGuinness, although Spiers also states that, "For his part, McGuinness was entitled to believe that he was being treated shabbily". It was announced on 15 January 2007 that Le Guen would return to the club he once skippered as a player as first team coach replacing Guy Lacombe at Paris Saint Germain. When he arrived, PSG were lying 17th in Ligue 1 but he led them to safety in his 1st season finishing 15th.[12] As the 2007–08 season in Ligue 1 unfolded, it was clear that Le Guen was getting inconsistent performances from the crop of players, as the club was in the relegation zone with four games in the league season remaining, while winning the Coupe de la Ligue and qualifying for the final of the Coupe de France. Winning the Coupe de la Ligue guaranteed PSG a place in the UEFA Cup for the 2008–09 season. PSG announced in May 2009 that Paul Le Guen would not be offered a new contract and would leave at the end of the 2008–09 season.[13]

He was named Cameroon national football team manager in July 2009, signing a five month contract.[14] He made an immediate impact by leading the team to qualification for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.[15] He also stripped veteran defender Rigobert Song of the captaincy and appointed Samuel Eto'o as the new captain. Both players responded well to the change with Eto'o getting goals, and Song winning back his starting spot as the Lions qualified for the finals. However Cameroon were the first team officially knocked out of the 2010 World Cup. He announced his resignation on 24th June 2010.[16]
