Το άκουσα πριν από λίγα λεπτά σαν μουσική υπόκρουση σε ντοκιμαντέρ και μου άρεσε. H εφαρμογή Shazam μου έδειξε περί τίνος πρόκειται.

Όσοι πιτσιρικάδες (ή και μη) εδώ δεν έχουν ακούσει τον δίσκο των Supertramp, "Breakfast in America", ποτέ δεν είναι αργά. Για τον μακαρίτη που τραγουδάει, θα σας τα πει ο Αποστόλης.

Το πιο αγαπημένο συγκρότημα είναι για μένα οι Supertramp. Ολοκληρωτική μουσική σε όλη τη δεκαετία του 70.
Ο θάνατος του ενός εκ των δύο βασικών δημιουργών των αριστουργημάτων τους, Rick Davies, με λύπησε πολύ.
Ο Θεός να τον αναπαύσει!
Θα ποστάρω όλη την εβδομάδα μόνο τραγούδια τους.

Το πρώτο album των Supertramp κυκλοφόρησε το 1970. Παρ' όλο που ο πραγματικός ήχος του συγκροτήματος δεν αντικατοπτρίζεται σ' αυτόν τον δίσκο, η μουσική συνθετική ιδιοφυία των δύο συνθετών (Roger Hodgson και Rick Davies) μας χαρίζει αρκετές υπέροχες ακουστικές στιγμές.
Ο κύριος τραγουδιστής είναι ο Hodgson.

Dave Winthrop on sax and flute and
Bob Millar on drums.
