Barcelona's transfer plans are in Pochettino's hands
It's been clear for a while that Barcelona will need to sell players in the summer in order to finance their own incomings, as well as lowering a wage bill that could be problematic in a post-COVID era, however they hope to recoup a lot of money from returning loan players who have no chance of breaking back into the senior team at the Camp Nou.Historically, Barcelona have used loans to give promising players minutes at the top level and develop with the view of them making a name for themselves with the Spanish club eventually.Yet, the class of 2020 loanees don't have that possibility, they have been loaned out because the club couldn't find permanent buyers in the first place.Philippe Coutinho, Jean-Clair Todibo, Carles Alena, Moussa Wague, Rafinha and Oriol Busquets all fit into this category and attempts will be made to sell them permanently once the transfer window reopens.Rafinha has played 20 matches this season, whilst Wague has made five appearances for Nice in Ligue 1, but neither will be given the opportunity at Barcelona upon the expiry of their deals.

Barcelona continue their mission to let players go. According to the newspaper 'Mundo Deportivo', the next one to leave the team will be Moussa Wagué, who is on loan this year in Nice. The team expects to get an amount close to ten million euros.
In a controversial transfer market in which the sale of players and loans are on the rise, Barcelona intends to continue making sells in order to make up for the losses.
Arthur Melo was one of the first to say goodbye to the club and, according to the newspaper 'Mundo Deportivo', the next one to pack his bags and say goodbye to the club will be Moussa Wagué.
