Οι Fleetwood Mac των πρώτων χρόνων, υπό την καθοδήγηση του μπλουζίστα Peter Green δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με αυτούς μετά την αναχώρησή του, οι οποίοι ήταν πιο εμπορικοί.
Βέβαια, αριστουργήματα εκείνης της εποχής δεν επαναλήφθηκαν, αλλά έτσι είναι η τέχνη.
Λίγοι γνωρίζουν πως η μεγάλη επιτυχία των Santana με τίτλο: "Black magic woman" είναι τραγούδι των Fleetwood Mac της εποχής του Peter Green, το οποίο ο μαγικός Carlos διασκεύασε βάζοντας τις απαραίτητες latin πινελιές του.
Η προτίμησή μου όμως είναι ένα άλλο τραγούδι της εποχής εκείνης (1970):
